Terms and Conditions
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6000). For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500).
The contract is made at our licensed premises, 75 Nine Mile Road, Tynong, Victoria Australia 3813, from where the goods will be dispatched under our liquor license. To view our liquor license please email us.
Our prices are subject to variation – the price payable for the goods is the price applicable on the date when we confirm your order.
All prices are GST inclusive in Australian dollars.
Goods purchased for shipping are packaged to the highest industry standards.
We post through Australia Post at a per carton rate of $10 per carton.
Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorized to receive the goods. The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. We may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. We will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your cider to be delivered after receiving confirmation of your order.
If you have not received your cider in this timeframe please contact us and we will track your delivery.
While we will use all reasonable endeavors to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late or non-delivery of goods ordered.
If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify the customer within 2-3 business days and organise a full refund.
We do not post outside of Australia.
No obligation to purchase the goods will arise until we accept your order, and receive payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless by arrangement with us.
Risk and Title
The risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the Delivery Address.
Prizefighter Cider accepts full responsibility for all goods ordered by the customer to be in fit and proper condition.
Should you receive a delivery that is damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory in any way please contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to arrange either a replacement of the items or a full refund. We do reserve the right to use our discretion when replacing items that have been ordered in error.
We require any products that are returned to be unopened.
The un-opened goods must be returned within 7 days of opening any of the product. And upon internal testing of the product by 9 Mile Fresh it is deemed faulty or defective.
We will refund your money when we receive the goods and we are satisfied that they are in original condition.

We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are defective or do not meet the product description. All other returns are at your expense.
